CDT Jayram Suryanarayan ’26 of North Kingstown, RI, has been chosen as First Captain, responsible for the overall performance and development of the Corps. 75 Years Since Inchon: Honoring West Point’s Heroes

  75th anniversary of the Inchon Landing
   

September 15 marked the 75th anniversary of the Inchon Landing, a bold turning point in the Korean War led by GEN Douglas MacArthur 1903. Join us as we remember those graduates of West Point — generals, heroes, planners, and patriots — whose courage on and off the battlefield helped shape the outcome and legacy of the war, from Edward Rowny ’41’s strategic planning to the heroism of Medal of Honor recipients like Ralph Puckett Jr. ’49. Wrestlers Medal at Junior Pan American Games in Paraguay

In a thrilling display of strength and skill, Army Wrestler CDT Lucas Stoddard ’27 won gold in the 125 kg division, and CDT Charles Farmer ’26 delivered an outstanding performance, placing second in the 57 kg division at the Junior Pan American Games held in Paraguay. Read more.

Cadet Pulls Driver from Fiery Crash

Army Football Safety CDT Larry Pickett Jr. ’28 pulled a driver from a crash just moments before the car burst into flames in Fort Montgomery, NY. Pickett and his family came upon the crash while driving to the Academy early in the morning. He and his father could be seen avoiding downed power lines as they raced to lift the man from the driver’s seat and carry him to safety across the street. Read more.
