This We’ll Defend
For 250 years, the Army has defended our nation with strength, sacrifice, and honor. West Point has proudly been part of that legacy, from Fortress West Point in the Revolutionary War to developing leaders of character since 1802 as the U.S. Military Academy. This year’s theme, “This We’ll Defend,” reminds us of the Army’s core mission: to fight and win our nation’s wars.
