WPAOG is pleased to announce that Samantha Soper is our new Vice President of Communications & Marketing. She is no stranger to the team as her time at the WPAOG began in 2009 in Development focused on communications, including the seven-year “For Us All: Campaign for West Point.” In 2018, she was promoted to Senior Director of Donor Relations & Advancement Services. She provided strategic direction for the areas of data services, gift operations, events, stewardship, and communications. Prior to WPAOG, Samantha worked for eight years at Vassar College as its Director of Alumni Communications. WPAOG Communications & Marketing serves as the central hub for information about WPAOG, Academy, graduates, and parents. It manages WestPointAOG.org, social media, email broadcasts, and publications like West Point magazine and TAPS. Through diverse media, it covers events and provides written, photographic, and video content to help tell the West Point and Long Gray Line story.
